Refund policy

Each Catholic Charities Fort Worth merchandise item is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

We will gladly replace or refund an item that arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, damage, or other production error. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Do not return the item unless we specifically ask you to do so. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
